American Red Cross interview questions

One in person interview and one over the phone then I was give salary negotiations. Very straightforward interview process and overall quick hiring process. I was hired out of a full stack development 6 month boot camp. The interview was discussing mainly what I had learned and locations on projects structured to feel like real life projects.

Phone screen with HR, 2nd interview on Microsoft Teams with my direct supervisor, and final 3rd interview (Teams) with HR, supervisor, and supervisor’s supervisor. Offer came within 2-3 days! 2nd interview was more of an information session and so was the 3rd, I did get to ask questions though.
