American Red Cross interview questions

Fairly standard process - phone screen interview with the recruiter, followed by two rounds of online interviews with hiring manager and members of the team. From submission of resume for the position, to initial screening interview was approximately a week, with the full interviews occurring a week to two weeks apart. Overall a decent interview experience, but while I was told I'd hear from the recruiter regardless of whether or not I was going to be offered the position, that didn't happen and I learned I was no longer being considered via the applicant portal.
