American Red Cross interview questions

Interview process was very long. Three interviews at the American National Red Cross and finally got an offer. Salary was pretty low and not market competitive. They say that its a 9 to 5 job but it really isn't. You'll be working over 5pm. Honestly, its not worth it for the amount of money.

Was called for an interview for office coordinator position. Was told I would have to get CPR certified to teach classes to recruit others to teach future classes. Asked the normal questions about why I was looking fro a position there, what kinda of experience I had. If I was afraid to talk in front of groups. Was then told that there would be no promotions along with this position. Plus, the pay was zip.
