American Red Cross interview questions

The process was very simple and went smoothly. We discussed my previous experience and current certifications. I passed the initial test to be considered for an instructor position and was selected to move forward after the interview. Everyone was very professional and courteous which made me feel comfortable through the entire interview.

I applied online, redcross.org for a volunteer opportunity. Then I got a call from red cross for a volunteer orientation. I got a chance to choose what type of work i would like to do, then I got an interview.
