American Red Cross interview questions

First went through a phone interview with recruiter, then a phone interview with hiring manager. When granted an in-person interview it was with the hiring manager and their director. Was offered the job after the first in-person interview. Took over two months from the verbal job offer to complete the background check and receive a formal offer and start date.

Standard interview questions, mostly situational. Panel interview of 5 people, comprised of full-time staff and volunteers. Fairly casual experience, including the communication process leading up to the interview (time slot was offered and selected via text messages with the recruiter). Follow up was prompt, non-selection email was sent within a week.
