I applied through college or university. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2014
Interview
15 minute face to face interview with a team supervisor and 25 phlebotomy students from our phlebotomy school. The supervisor kept saying there was alot of driving and almost sounded like she was talking me out of the job or challenging me. We sat across from each other and she took notes and asked questions.
