Applied on-line and was contacted by human resources two weeks later. First interview was phone interview with human resources. 2nd interview with Director in person. 3rd interview was a panel interview with Managers of cross functional departments. Process took six weeks to complete. Very in depth process. Make sure to study up on the American Red Cross and know their mission. Job was offered and accepted. Overall positive experience
I applied online. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Fort Wayne, IN) in Aug 2015
Interview
Went very well, very insightful on the position. Questions were mainly generated and not personally created pertaining to previous work experience and work ethics. Basic interview process that did not take long. Interviewer was great and was open to talking about the positions obligations at the end of asking me the required questions. Overall, I would say that the interview process through the red cross was pretty much the same as it is for any other job in the same field.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Omaha, NE) in May 2016
Interview
I applied online through the American Red Cross website. Within the week, I was called to fill out some more pre-interview stuff. Then a woman called to do a preliminary interview and she scheduled me an interview at the end of it. A few days later, I went to the main office and did a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager. The next day I was called and offered the position. The whole experience was about a week and a half.
