Applied online. After a long wait an online programming test (90 minutes, 3 questions). Secondly a technical phone interview. A few weeks later an in-house interview which consisted of 5 interviews, one of which was about personal qualities, the other programming with a laptop and the others were technical in front of the whiteboard.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Dublín, Dublín) in Apr 2015

1 Hour Telephone Technical interview.
1 Hour coding test.
I guess there would have been a longer process but I did not get beyond this stage.
I did not get the coding challenge done: serialize and desterilize a tree to a file done.
Overall it sounds like a great place to work, would say I am disappointed I did not get it.

Phone interview over Collabedit.com. Interviewer was friendly and efficient managing the time. He talked a bit about the team and the position and then followed with two technical questions. This was the first screening interview. Don't know the result yet.
