4 rounds, behavioural testing leadership principles. Very transparent about format and process. Updates on progress. Very quick response time and efficient process of booking interview slots. Enough time to also ask questions to the interviewer.

Made an online assessment on skills and work style.
Had a screening interview with a recruiter, who then scheduled an interview with a peer of the hiring manager.
Screening interview was annoying (the interviewer showed up 10 mins late, did not apologize and was clearly disinterested and not paying attention).
I declined to continue the process after that conversation.

Very thorough, have numbers handy for deep questioning. Questions were related to roles and responsibilites of role. 1 case study. HR was extremely disorganized, a different person contacted me after every round. Had to remind them to contact after every round
