Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter to interview for a role for which I did not apply. Many instructions were included regarding the process and STAR interviews. I prepared for a tough interview. My interview was with someone in a similar role, not the hiring manager. I was also never screened by the recruiter first. I was asked the exact list of questions online. Since I was not qualified for the job they selected for me, the interview was not optimal. A year later I am still trying to get an interview for a job suiting my qualifications.

Interview
El proceso se compone de varias fases: Entrevista de RRHH, 2 tests que evalúan tu actitud frente a situaciones de negocio, 1 entrevista de 30 minutos para que describas, con ejemplos, situaciones concretas y tu "aproach" ante esas situaciones y por último otras 5 entrevistas (seguidas) donde una de ellas es cuantitativa y los otros 4 casos son también para describir tu approach.

El foco de las entrevistas gira en torno a casos donde hay que describir ejemplos de situaciones vividas donde hayas aplicado los rasgos de liderazgo que buscan en la empresa
HR manager forgot that she had an interview with me. No feedback afterwards, after I reach I could re-schedule one more interview. In the second interview, the responsible person couldnt handle an effective process and only read questions from a paper I guess. Overall it was a very weird process.
