Amazon Senior Project Manager interview questions

Four 1 hour interviews with behavioral questions and one case to design a groceries app and define the adequate design system. Behavioral questions were focused on leadership principals and interviewers asked follow up questions.

The process consisted of: resume screening, online test, one behavioral interview, written assignment and a final stage: 5 behavioral interviews with 5 different people. The online test was good depiction of how the work could look like. Both the test and the interviews were based on Amazon's Leadership Principles.
