The process is intense, but they’re very clear about what to expect at each step. The recruiters were some of the best I’ve ever worked with. Really empathetic, clear communication and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The loop process is intense and felt a bit cold and too focused on data rather than incorporating the values and who the person is. I really felt that the interviewers were a bit sterile and focused on getting things written down rather than engaging in dialogue to get to know me and my work. Ultimately they didn’t select me but I would have passed because of my engagement with the interviewers not feeling authentic and human. It obviously works for them so I want to ensure that doesn’t come off as a total knock. It’s just different than what I’m looking for. Otherwise, it was a breath of fresh air to have such organized recruiters and a transparent process. Really good job recruiting team!
