No HR screening, several direct interview with future managers. Job had been filled before I could continue my loop. I prepared well with Amazon LPs and behavioural questions. First interview was somewhat easy with prep, second was quite challenging and indepth.

Overall a very positive experience but also draining and somewhat robotic. I don't know that you can truly assess somebody's capabilities via Amazon's format. As long as you take the time to prepare, understand Amazon's principles, research questions, and respond in a STAR format, you will succeed.
