First they asked about what I knew about the company, and what their mission statement was. Then we started talking about my work history and we ended with why i want to work for them and why i am the best fit for that position.

Initially Amazon had phone screening process whether candidate was fit to targeted position. And had a CTO call which is similar to cold-call, and in the CTO call, candidate need to figure out what is current status of company and what is their challenges. Based on CTO call information, candidate prepare and present a formal presentation why AWS can help the company and how, After presentation, several interviews to whether candidate is fit to Amazon culture.

was referred and had my fist interview with sales manager a month later. I interviewed for sales position so the manager was trying to get to know my background both technical, sales and market knowledge.
