It was a lengthy interview process, first an online assessment test, then a video self-introduction assessment, and finally one screening call and two 45 minutes long interviews. With about two months from the first interview to getting an offer.

Initial Hire Vue interview then final interview with behaviour questions centred around leadership principles. About 4 questions per interviewer with a bunch of follow up questions. Two different interviewers split into 30 mins each. Got feedback after 3 working days.
