Interview
It was a lengthy interview process, first an online assessment test, then a video self-introduction assessment, and finally one screening call and two 45 minutes long interviews. With about two months from the first interview to getting an offer.

Not too difficult, Learn leadership principles. They will drill you based on your answers to your stories. Prepare 1-2 stories for each leadership principle, as well as why Amazon? And why that role in particular?
They have 3 rounds. First is an online test, second is an HR call, and third is a call with 2 managers. Overall it was interesting but difficult and took some time.
