I was referred by a friend to a particular group but the roles I was looking for were more Product manager type. When they called me for a Program Manager role, the interviewers were very friendly and we did talk a lot about the company and the role. I however did tell them that I was looking more for a Product manager role. They took notes and said they will submit it back to the system where some other team will review and respond.

Had one interview with the Kindle manager. He gave a backgrond about him and asked me to talk about myself. Based on what I spoke about my strengths and passions he asked me for my areas of imporovemnets which I feel I can do better.
