Amazon Programa manager sr interview questions

I applied in August 2021. I was first contacted in September and the process was finalized in January 2022. I had a total of 7 interviews. 5 of them are included in the panel interview. I was expecting all leadership principals to be questioned, however, 8 of them were questioned. Based on the job description the questions were very relevant. They included ownership, insist on the highest standards, invent and simplify, deep dive. I did not understand who was the bar raiser. I prepared answers for almost all leadership principals. For some questions, I used the same example and I openly mentioned it to the interviewer. I felt that the written essay was not read before the interviews. And it was my best example so I used it in one of the interviews.

I applied online. I received an invite to take an online assessment next, and then about two weeks later I received an invite to schedule a date for an online video interview. The interview was with four Amazonians and it took 3 and a half hours total from start to finish. Do your homework and prepare appropriately. It is a lot of talking so it is hard to wing it. I received an offer three days after the interview. The whole process was very streamlined and efficient. The Amazonians were very engaged and pleasant to talk to. I had such a positive vibe during the interview and I could see myself working there, thus I accepted the offer.
