Amazon Program Manager interview questions

Phone interview followed by 1 full day interview. All behavior question. Once phone interview was cleared I got a date for full day interview after a month. Which is not right to keep the candidates waiting just because they can.

30 min with the recruiter: phone screening 60 min with the hiring manager: phone interview. The process was very time-boxed question/answer types. Not a collaborative conversation - wasn't impressed by the process or the overly aggressive hiring manager. He made it sound like a rapid fire round :)
