I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon in Feb 2022
Interview
Very tedious and lengthy. Don't understand the criteria for rejection. But very prompt HR team. Things can be made better and the process can be made more understandable. Worst part is that a candidate gets rejected after 6 rounds of interview and doesn't know which interview didn't go well. Will never apply for amazon again
