Amazon Program Manager interview questions

Interview was standard just like you see in videos and even their own FAQ. Response time was quick and hiring manager was very nice. The difficulty was in nailing down exactly what they want to hear. I felt my answers were great and spoke to my strengths and ability to innovate/go-beyond. In the end my response was that I was not what they needed exactly but they would keep me on file because another PM position that was a better fit would be available soon. Its been a year now but they never reached back out.
