I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Luxemburgo) in Sep 2022
Interview
Amazing interview process regardless of the outcome. It was very well structured and executed by the hiring manager. There was also another manager shadowing the interviewer. Question and how its linked to the role were to the point. Questions:
Tell me about a time that you received a negative feedback?
Give me an example when you had a limited time for a project

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Sunnyvale, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process was fairly standard but I want to highlight their insane waiting period when an offer is not given. I applied for another role with an Amazon subsidiary and they told me I was on a 2 year waiting period! This is absolutely ABSURD. I have never heard of such a ridiculous hiring policy especially since I have worked with 2 other very large tech companies. I can understand the reasoning for not hiring someone for various reasons but to have a candidate wait 2 years before applying for another role is outrageous and limits the potential for candidates to find the right team.
For Pete's sake, Amazon, get a grip.
