The interview process is comprised of 3 rounds. First interview is with HR, where they would like to know more about the candidate and screen them from a fitment perspective. 2nd round is with the hiring manager. 3rd round is a panel interview (typically conducted onsite). You will have to meet four different individuals from the company who will assess you on Amazon's Leadership Principles. The interviews are typically about 45 mins each. The last individual who is known as a bar raiser, will assess you on the principle "Raising the bar"
