Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When was a time that you had a customer complaint and how did you deal with it?
Depends on who interviews you, if you work for a big facility you have a better chance at advancing. Smaller facilities already know who they want. So if you were asked to apply you should be good. They have a GIANT page of interview questions that aline with ther 11 principles so as long as you have 5 stories that intertwine you'll be fine. The hire positions ask you more situational questions so you better be experienced within that position beforehand. Ask questions, plenty of them.

Tell me about a time when you had to balance the needs of one department versus another. How did you come to a decision?
A brief panel interview conducted by 2 Area managers. Several behavioral questions asked, there was also a short test administered before the interview process. The total process lasted around an hour from beginning to end.
