I applied on their company website, about three weeks later I was contacted by the HR, and was invited to a first round of interview. I was then rejected. I don't have more to say.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Zoom interview with another Product Manager, but it was very mechanical with a series of behavior-based questions. Nothing was tailored to my experiences to ice breaker "tell me about yourself" which would have been helpful.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amazon (Berlín)
Interview
Their process consisted of an assessment interview, interview with one of the hiring managers and then a loop interview.
Assessment interview took around 90 min for the online assessment questions and 30 more for the personality assessment.
Hiring Manager interview had technical questions for the role as well as leadership principles examples. This time I was not able to finish the process because last minute they changed the language requirements of the role due to internal changes and I was rejected due to their assumption on my language skills for it as the interviewer didn't speak the language required and couldn't test it.
