Amazon Operation Manager interview questions

The interview was for 3 rounds. It went well and the interviewers mainly focused on principles of amazon. Basis those principles, scenario based questions were asked. Interview process was for around 4-5 hours.

Behavioral type questions, utilizing STAR method to answer the questions. They will probe into scenarios provided with deeper questions. They are tying to understand decisions made and how you came to those conclusions, what metrics were used to make the decision and cross team collaboration, if any.
