Amazon Operation Manager interview questions

As a recent college graduate, I was interviewed by… other recent college graduates. One of whom was younger than myself. It was very informal, but to be honest, it was hard to feel comfortable with someone so young impacting whether I got the job. I got the offer though, so I guess it wasn’t so bad.

I interviewed with Amazon, undergoing four consecutive, experience-based interviews. The questions were standard, often starting with "Tell me about a time when...". Familiarity with Amazon's Leadership Principles and using the STAR method for responses proved beneficial.
