Amazon Non Technical Program Manager interview questions

I had applied for a Technical Program Manager position and got a phone screen from a Director of Program Management. He asked me questions about my previous product experience in terms of design experience. The interview was very broad and not much in depth.

I had 2 phone screens. The first one was difficult but went well overall. The interviewer was pleasant and willing to detail questions in a manner that would help him guage my technical depth. The second interviewer was very vague with his questions and wasted over 30 mins of our time and still did not get what he wanted. Overall it was an OK experience.
