Zuerst ein automatisiertes Video Interview, bei dem Fragen selbstständig per Video beantwortet und aufgezeichnet werden. Danach 3x30 Minuten Panels mit 3 HR-Kollegen. Fragen waren vor allem zu schon erlebten Situation und Tätigkeiten.
