Amazon Sr. Marketing Manager interview questions

1. I went through an online work simulation which was about 1h long + a personality test. 2. I was invited to an pre-interview call to get prepped for the interview (make sure you are in a quite room, use headphones, answer questions in the STAR method, use "I" not "we". 3. I had the actual interview with the hiring manager for exactly 1h. They went over the STAR method again and made it very clear that they want me to answer ALL of the questions using that method. The questions were insanely detailed asking for very specific numbers from projects I worked on. You have to try to apply Amazon's leadership principles to every answer.

Had a casual meeting with a hiring manager to confirm the job role and expectation to the position. Then, proceeded to interviews with the hiring manager and 4 senior or peer members in addition to a writing assignment in English about a success story in my past career.
