there were 5 rounds of behavioural LP based interview; 3 LPs tested in each round. There was 5 different interviewers, mix of business team, bar raisers and objective 3rd parties

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Austin, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
1. I went through an online work simulation which was about 1h long + a personality test.
2. I was invited to an pre-interview call to get prepped for the interview (make sure you are in a quite room, use headphones, answer questions in the STAR method, use "I" not "we".
3. I had the actual interview with the hiring manager for exactly 1h. They went over the STAR method again and made it very clear that they want me to answer ALL of the questions using that method. The questions were insanely detailed asking for very specific numbers from projects I worked on. You have to try to apply Amazon's leadership principles to every answer.

What was a project were you used data to inform a change of direction.
Had a casual meeting with a hiring manager to confirm the job role and expectation to the position. Then, proceeded to interviews with the hiring manager and 4 senior or peer members in addition to a writing assignment in English about a success story in my past career.
