I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon in Nov 2021
Interview
1. First round of interview was a 30 minute virtual interview
2. Second round of interview was 5 back to back interviews, each 45 minutes with 15 minutes break in between

Question 1
All questions were behavioural questions based on Amazon's leadership principles. All 5 interviewees were males during second round of interview which I would suggest that Amazon bring in a diverse panel during their hiring process. One of the interviewers asked 6 questions all at once during second round of interview which made me wonder if it was his deliberate attempt to fail me. When I asked back few simple questions at the end of the interview, he responded with some gibberish words beating about the bush that I really could not comprehend. Made me wonder if Amazon really lives up to its leadership principle of "Hire the Best!" If Amazon wants to hire the best, start with better and diverse panel of interviewers.
Long process. Took more than three months from application to the first interview. Interviewers were nice but the interviews were long (an hour each) and pretty stressful, especially the back-to-back loop.

Question 1
What was a difficult situation you faced and what did you do to resolve it?
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Boston, MA)
Interview
Horrible. eights hours of interviews with 6 different people and they don’t even tell you why you weren’t chosen. No feedback. People were nice but you are being interviewed by people in completely different roles and departments
