Interview
It started with a recruiter call, discussed about the interview steps and a basic background check. Then a phone screen with the hiring manager, where he asked about experience, cross-team collaboration, and eadership questions. Next was onsite loop with 6 rounds. Focus was on technical and program management skills but almost all hooked around leadership principles at Amazon (was guided by an ex Amazon TPM on Prepfully while I did a couple mocks prior to the interview). Technicals are not that hard but be prepared to get a lot of follow up questions and they tend to dive deep, which imo is good. I had a healthy discussions on some topics like for eg use of micro services and some sysdesign concepts for one of my past projects. Interviewers were quite helpful honestly
