I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Madrid) in Sep 2023
Interview
Interview process was OK. I really thought I did great, even though my schedule didn't allow me to get well prepared enough for the interview process. But unfortunately I didn't pass it. I passed first several rounds and got to final 5 loop interviews.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Amazon (Nueva Delhi) in Oct 2021
Interview
Interviews at Amazon are based on specific set of questions around leadership principles. TPM is assessed on various parameters including Technical, Program Management, Product management, people management, and mechanisms. However most important part is Technical since TPM works closely with Engineering teams. Amazon is a data driven company hence their interview is structured in that way. They want a candidate to be specific in answering questions in STAR format. Their were 6 rounds . One was telephonic, followed by 5 back to back interviews spread over 2 days
