Amazon Front End Engineer I interview questions

Very kind recruiters, engineers and managers. Initial recruiting phone interview, followed by a one hour technical phone interview, followed by a 6 hour in person interview. Was a very enjoyable experience from beginning to end.

The process started with an email to set up a phone and online interview. The online interview was with a Software Engineer and the interview lasted exactly an hour. The Interview concentrated on behavioral questions and one coding question. After the interview I received an email within two hours to notify that I passed and had to prepare for an on site interview in Cape Town. The interviews was made of 5 interviews and a lunch with one of the engineers. Two of the interviews with managers were mainly behavioral questions and no coding done. Three were coding, one System design, the second Data Structures and the last Front end web development question.
