Interview
Round 1: Call with Recruiter , making sure you understand the requirements.
Round 2: Coding session on a shared doc platform with a Software developer (initial questions— based on leadership principles; then dive into javascript and css)
Round 3: Onsite -4 sub-rounds .. each of 55-60 mins with 1/2 interviewers .. each round has first or last 15 mins of leadership principles based questions.. technical — you can choose to use your laptop or whiteboard.
Can’t disclose actual questions (NDA)— revilved mostly around javascript and how web pages work, how events are handled etc.

Very kind recruiters, engineers and managers.
Initial recruiting phone interview, followed by a one hour technical phone interview, followed by a 6 hour in person interview. Was a very enjoyable experience from beginning to end.

Interview
The process started with an email to set up a phone and online interview. The online interview was with a Software Engineer and the interview lasted exactly an hour. The Interview concentrated on behavioral questions and one coding question. After the interview I received an email within two hours to notify that I passed and had to prepare for an on site interview in Cape Town.
The interviews was made of 5 interviews and a lunch with one of the engineers. Two of the interviews with managers were mainly behavioral questions and no coding done. Three were coding, one System design, the second Data Structures and the last Front end web development question.
