Went through a phone screen with a recruiter, then moved on to a technical phone interview. I requested ahead of time regarding what the format would be and what kind of questions I should prepare for, but I never got a response.
They essentially wanted me to prepare for every possible question topic, which I think is pretty unreasonable and unfair. Topics include: Html/CSS/Javascript (without frameworks), javascript with frameworks, JavaScript data structures and algorithms, System Design, and more algorithms. They also forced me to use JavaScript in a algorithm question, which is usually done in any language you are comfortable in.
I was set-up for failure, and it seems they do not care about their employees or their hiring process at all. I do appreciate them giving questions more closer to the work someone will do, but when all interviews these days are being conducted solely with algorithm questions, it is difficult to prepare such an entirely different format in conjunction with all your other interviews.
