You have to suit the position well in order to pass the entire process. Questions are oriented to check your personality and skills. Very detailed background related questions are asked by each interviewer.

At first phone screening about the overall language skills. Two personal interviews following. Amazon gave me the feedback within two days after the interview. All the interviews were without the stress. The personal interview takes around one hour. The job started around two weeks after the first interview took place. It takes three months to get the unlimited contract.
