Amazon Financial Analyst interview questions

There was poor communication between the recruiter and hiring team. When setting up the phone screen, I put in my availability and never heard back. Two weeks later I received a message from the recruiter that my interview had been scheduled for that day and saw that the hiring team never sent out any confirmation. I gave my availability again and then the interview was scheduled for two weeks later. There was too much time between when the recruiter reached out to me and the actual interview. The interview just seemed out of courtesy at that point.

Underwhelming. There seemed to be some poor communication between the hiring manager and recruiter. Took several days to hear back. Initially did not make it to the next round but then got an email a week later saying there was an error and I was invited back.
