Amazon Financial Analyst interview questions

Recruiter Samet contracted me on LinkedIn and scheduled an interview. Interviewer was significantly late for the call. After the interview he asked me to register on their job portal, submit my cv and fill out all the forms in order to be invited to the next interview round. In 2 days not even explaining the reasons he rejected my application. Still not clear why I needed to waste my time filing out all the forms for him just to reject. No respect to the candidates at all.
