An accounting test is the first step of the hiring process. The interview consists of a Phone screen and on-site interview based on the Amazon Leadership Principles. It is advised to provide your answers using the STAR method.
Interview consisted of two phone screens, writing sample, and day with 5 interviews nearly back to back. During pandemic all 5 interviews were conducted virtually. Whole process lasted about 3 weeks.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
The interview was mainly based on the 14 leadership principles by Amazon, the interviewer was only able to get through 2 principles, his children walked in and stayed. This is understandable but he was distracted, and I had to repeat myself because he said he didn't understand. Whilst repeating he was like "oh, you have already mentioned that" but he didn't note down guess because he was distracted.
The interviewer was not able to discuss any of the specifications on the job advert, he said the interview was to assess where the interviewee will fit in the business, my preparation was based on the job advertised, so this was confusing.
