Amazon Finance mgr interview questions

6 rounds of interviews with different Amazonier + written exercise + accounting test. Didn't get offer. Big surprise was that after 8 hours spend only on hiring process, there was no feedback on interview, only that I'm not good amazonier. Interview started directly with behavioural type questions. I recommend to look on STAR method - Amazon is having lots of information There was no question about introduction, my work experience, motivation .. After 3rd round I had feeling that they are looking on person with better story on their questions rather than person with capabilities/add value to company.

It started with an email from a recruiter who I never had a call with. Next was an assessment, then a phone interview that was very impersonal. The questions were obscure and the interviewer sounded like they had somewhere they needed to rush off to.
