Amazon Finance Manager interview questions

1 phone interview and 5 rounds for loop back to back with more than 5 people. Mainly on behavioral questions in the STAR format. 2-3 questions each round with multiple follow up questions

#1 rule: Unless you’re ok with 18+ hour days for weeks or months at a time, don’t apply. Also, MUST have practical finance experience that’s not reliant on purely Excel, otherwise they’ll talk to you like you’re from the Stone Age (regardless of ERPs). It was very demeaning.
