Amazon Finance Manager interview questions

There's a HR screen, followed by hiring manager screen and then followed by other interviewees who will interview you on Amazon leadership principles. There is no panel, so hiring process is not transparent and can lead to hiring manager being consciously biased or have preference to award who they want (rather than merit selection)

Online application, then online assessment (approximately 1,5 hour) , then call with HR (she was describing what to expect during the interview), and then an Interview with the hiring manager.
