Amazon Executive Assistant interview questions

The process started out great talking to other EA's and the recruiter, who were very intelligent/passionate about their work. They really had me engaged and wanting to work at Amazon. I've had many interviews at large companies but nothing as intense as this. I understand Amazon is a top 2 company and they hire extremely well, but they don't care about anything else besides your success. After 7 interviews back-to-back bouncing around the team, I thought I would have a better idea of the kind of people I would potentially be working with. That wasn't the case. No one cared to hear about me as a person. Isn't the point of an EA to have characteristics that align with the company or the supervisors? It was 7 straight hours of peppering me with questions of my success (I get it Amazon is successful), but never did someone just get to know me. They talked about how great it is to work there, how everyone wants to work there, how I'm lucky to have an interview. It was demeaning and made me feel invalid. The recruiter called me at 4:56 PM on a Friday and I called back 1 minute later to be ignored until Monday night at 5:01 PM to be denied with a 10-second amount of feedback after a full day of interviewing (on top of the other chats I had until that time). 10 seconds? Really? After 2 months of interviews up until the final choice of a candidate. I get Amazon is successful as a reason, but you should value the people who interview and give them more feedback. I wanted to know what I could improve upon, what the feedback was, and the answer was "you need more experience, you can apply again in a year". I will not be applying again, and I will not recommend anyone I know applying.
