Grueling. An entire day devoted to interviewing with over 6 persons, Must study leadership principles before interview; must sit in on a prep session. Ridiculous, especially after learning how badly they treat their employees.
They announced a time and date that anyone could come to the interview, hundreds of people showed up and the line wrapped around the parking lot. You waited in a straight line until your turn, they had a room full of multiple people interviewing in the front. When it was your turn you walked up to the next person available to interview you and you got interviewed in front of everyone in the room and everyone in line.

Interview
Long, but we’ll thought out. Many interviews but they don’t keep you waiting and they are clear and concise on direction and next steps. Hard questions and exhausting having a back to back interview loop, but gives you a great idea of the company.
