Amazon Executive Assistant interview questions

Virtual interview with reporting manager over Amazon Chime. Panel interview would be second stage. Reasonably vague questions some of them competency based. Interviewer was quite rude and abrasive. Could tell he didn't want to be there.

The interview process is rigid. You need to know the 14 Leadership Principles when answering the interview questions. All questions are behavior. You must answer them in the STAR technique but relate them to a specific leadership principle based on the question. I was interviewed by an EA that has been with Amazon less than 1 year. There were no follow up questions to any of my answers.
