Interview
When first applying you take an assessment that evaluates your basic math skills and personality traits. If you do well enough on this assessment a recruiter will contact you to set up an interview date. the interview is very straight forward, You talk to three different people who are managers at Amazon and they ask you mainly behavioral questions based off Amazons leadership principles. It is very important that you study the leadership principles and relate them to your previous experience as this is exactly what the interviewers are looking for, it is also important to ask questions about the job. overall it was a super easy process compared to the other interviews I have been in that had had multiple rounds of interviews this one was three 15-20 minute interviews back to back, I also got the feeling that I was not competing against other people for the job as Amazon is a massive company that is always hiring, It felt like as long as you had previous job or school experience that you cold relate to a couple of their leadership principles you would have a pretty good shot at the job (I graduated college in may 2024 and I had previous experience in a warehouse environment which probably helped).

Question 1
How would you fix a situation in which an employee was breaking safety protocol in order to get work done faster. (This was the one of the only questions I was stumped on and it seemed like other people on this site got a similar question so definitely have an answer to this).
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2020
Interview
Asked a lot of odd problem solving questions like: if you were a manager at a fast food restaurant and the ice cream machine is always broken on XYZ'z shift, what do you do. After general interviews they had a math interview where you white board your answers to a problem in front of a panel.
