I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2020
Interview
Asked a lot of odd problem solving questions like: if you were a manager at a fast food restaurant and the ice cream machine is always broken on XYZ'z shift, what do you do. After general interviews they had a math interview where you white board your answers to a problem in front of a panel.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
STAR method is a must. very results focused so add what you contributed. had 3 back to back interviews that were quick and they spent most of the time reading and taking notes
