5) Was unsuccessful- It took a great deal of preparation and the feedback was that I needed to 'Deep Dive' more into my situations. Couldn't have said any more to be honest. The said that Amazon is biggest on the DEEP DIVE competency and revealed that this is what the look for in the interview for the Area Manager role.

Interview
The interview consisted of three 45 minutes interviews back to back with a different interviewer each time. Behavioral based questions answered in the STAR format. They will let you know a decision within 5 days. Interview was not bad at all, just a little long.

It went very smoothly, went through 2 interviews back to back. They were very nice and asked mostly asked behavioral questions. Did not continue with the application however, would not be a bad place to start out of college.
