Alorica Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Assessment, Initial Interview, & Final Interview. Very easy if you can understand and communicate in English, the interviewer is nice and guided me with answering the mock call. It was mostly just personal and situational based questions.

It was flexible, quick and professional it was consisting of introduction and identification for the education background and working experience, talking about the hardest situations I did face during my career journey, talking about my plans and welling and then I did 3 assessments related to language level, IQ test, computer test and soft and communication skills all of that went remotely, smoothy and professionally.
