Alorica Inbound Customer Service Representative interview questions

U have two interviews and they both were easy. You do different phone scenarios and role playing . the interviewers were nice and easy to talk to and very informative. They also coach u before u get to the second interview

It was pretty straight forward. I got in for my first interview fairly quickly. If you pass the first you go on to the second interview. If you get hired you do all of your new hire paper work. That part took for ever!!! (Take advantage of the refreshments they have) You do have to drop urine and only have 24hrs to do so. Plan to just keep the first half of your day free! There was no tests/assessments. As long as you have a clean background and urine you're golden! The staff was awesome everyone was really nice and informative! Excited to get started!
